Anna M. Carr, DO

Anna M. Carr, DO Dr. Anna Carr is a magna cum laude graduate of Canisius College with a BS in Biology. She then spent a year in the MS in Biology program at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Her DO degree was conferred at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA where she was honored with the 2005 LECOM College of Medicine Dedication to Primary Care Award in Pediatrics. She completed a Combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency through SUNY Buffalo Medical-Dental Consortium. Dr. Carr is a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, and American Academy of Pediatrics. She spends her free time traveling, reading, attending theater and playing with her two nieces.


David R. Deberny, MD

David R. Deberny, MD Dr. Deberny is a summa cum laude graduate of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He received a Bachelor's in Science degree in Biology. He received his medial degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He went on to complete his internal medicine/pediatric residency program at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Deberny was chief resident of internal medicine at Buffalo General Hospital from 1993 to 1994. Dr. Deberny is board certified in pediatrics and internal medicine. He is a member of the American College of Physicians and is a member of the Christian Medical Society. After completing his residency, he spent one year at the State University of New York at Buffalo focusing on adolescent medicine, sports medicine, and cystic fibrosis. He has been a member of the Quaker Medical Associates team since 1996 and a full partner in the practice. He loves to spend time with his wife and three children. He is extensively involved in his local church congregation and loves to garden and run on a regular basis.


Francis C. Mezzadri, MD

Francis C. Mezzadri, MD Dr. Mezzadri completed his undergraduate education at St. John University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy and Master of Science degree in Hospital Pharmacy. He was employed at Cornell Medical College-The New York Hospital as a Patient Unit Pharmacist. He graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine/pediatric residency. He was employed by S.U.N.Y. Buffalo School of Medicine in the Departments of Internal Medicine (specializing in medical complications in pregnancy) and Pediatric Emergency Medicine. He founded Quaker Medical Associates in 1990. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Pediatric Emergency Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and published in Pediatric Emergency Medicine, Maternal Medicine and child abuse. He loves spending time with his wife and three children. His outside interests include martial arts, golf, tennis, cooking and enjoys working out and cross training.
