Quaker Medical Associates is devoted to providing premium Internal Medicine and Pediatric medical care. The care is provided by board eligible/board certified physicians and nurse practitioners who are well trained. The care provided is performed with respect and dedication as a result of our own high standards. Our patient's emotional and physical well being is our highest priority. NCQA RECOGNITION
In February 2011 Quaker Medical Associates achieved Level 3 Recognition (the highest level) for Patient Center Medical Home (PCMH) from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
A Patient-Centered Medical Home is a team-based model of care led by a personal physician who provides continuous and coordinated care throughout a patient's lifetime to maximize health outcomes. Our PCMH practice is responsible for providing for all of a patient's health care needs or appropriately arranging care with other qualified professionals. It is a model of practice in which a team of health professionals, coordinated by a personal physician, works collaboratively to provide high levels of care, access and communication, care coordination and integration, and care quality and safety.
